Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) is an electrical protection device to protect electrical circuits from damage by overcurrent. Prevents overload, short circuit and switching of circuits.

Molded Case Circuit Breakers are designed for higher current ratings and can provide overcurrent and short circuit protection.They are used to protect low-voltage electrical circuits and equipment .They are named “molded case” because their outer housing is typically made from a molded insulating material.

JFM5 ABN ABE ABS series molded case circuit breaker MCCB are supplied with rated insulating voltage 550V and 800V and used for circuit of AC 50/60Hz, rated operating voltage AC 400V(or below), rated operating current up to 630A for infrequent changing over and starting of the motors. The electrical moulded case circuit breaker MCCB conforms to IEC60947-2 standard.
